I arrived at the market early (read 8am) on Saturday as we had a cable guy coming to install a new outlet. I was greeted with a big bag of Kale, more garlic scapes, some huge spring onions, more cherry tomatoes, some herb I have no idea what it is, mint and a special treat from The Swiss Connection Farmstead Cheeses. I was offered an alternative to the cheese as the CSA has information on my dairy allergy, but I accepted it anyway as my wife can eat it. We received a half pound of the gouda-like Flora cheese. By all accounts it is yummy enough.
