The usual suspects of onions, potatoes were present, as was more fresh garlic that tastes wonderful and an extra large zucchini. New entrants of eggplant, capsicum (green pepper) and green beans were welcomed. The capsicums were very tasty when grilled with an onion along with some bacon burgers from Moody Meats. Throw the bacon burgers on the open side and grill up the onions and peppers along with some sliced zucchini on the griddle side and there’s dinner in no time. Add in some corn on the cob from the farmer’s market and cooking on the side burner and it’s a feast.
The added extra this week was coffee from the local roaster Brown County Coffee. Mocha Java, we have yet to try. They seem to be the same people that also roast for Bloomington Coffee Roasters, their web sites are the same. Whatever their relationship is, the Good Day coffee we received last time was extra tasty.
