This is some meaty and tasty bacon. Applewood smoked by our friends at Goose the Market, sliced when you order it and it cooks up really well. We have been reluctant to do much more than to serve it up with breakfast, along with a couple of bright yellow pastured eggs, a fried half tomato and sometimes a sausage link or two.
